Change How Moodle Looks!
Lets face it, Moodle doesn't have the best looks with its default theme, so, what to do?
Well, recently, I wrote a style for it that makes it a lot more pleasing to the eye.
If you have firefox with stylish installed, everything is pretty easy, however, you still have other options.
Install options :
- If your using firefox! Great! Now, just Install Greesemonkey if you haven't done so previously and come back to this page to install the style.
- You need Firefox with Greesemonkey or Stylish to use this style. (for optimal Performance) Get Firefox,
Install into Stylish - load into the firefox Stylish extension (only good if you already have it) where you can preview and save it. (To see other options, just click the above tabs). - CANNOT BE DYNAMICALLY UPDATED! If you change the background here, you have to download the script again.
Install as a UserScript - load into Opera Userscript or as a Greesemonkey UserScript. It also can be used as an IE Pro Plugin. - Highly Reccomended, does not require any user interaction.
Install as a bookmarklet - load into any browser with bookmark support, only restyles when clicked, Minimal support in Internet Explorer. Good idea for just "testing out". - Troublesome in the way you need to click it to "restyle" the page.
Instructions:
This wizard will help you customize moodle's background styles yourself!
Just click down the following tabs.
You don't need to change any code, unless you used the stylish plugin, for these changes to go into effect.
